Adam Tams

Lawyer

Adam Tams is a lawyer focusing on data protection law, all questions relating to artificial intelligence and data trustee services.

He studied at the University of Potsdam and completed his legal traineeship at the Kammergericht Berlin. Before joining legal data, Adam worked at a specialist Berlin law firm in IP/AI/Tech and commercial agreements, and at a federal ministry, where he dealt with data law, digital policy and AI.

What drives him is his enthusiasm for new technologies and his curiosity about questions that often have no settled answers yet. When he is not working at the intersection of law and technology, Adam likes to travel the world and draw inspiration from a wide variety of cultures.
