Managing Director, Lawyer, Data Protection Officer
Dr. Georg Schröder, LL.M. is the founder and managing director of legal data. He has worked in data protection law for 22 years and is the author of the standard works “Datenschutzrecht für die Praxis” (Beck im dtv, 3rd edition) and “Softwareverträge” (C. H. Beck, 4th edition). His personal clients include renowned banks and media groups as well as start-ups from the IT and software sector.
Before legal data, Georg was a partner at a large German commercial law firm, where he headed the data protection practice, and held teaching posts at BA Ravensburg and Lomonosov Moscow State University.
In his free time, Georg enjoys playing basketball with his sons and is a passionate pilot.
