legal data in the network
legal data is one of three INPLP member firms in Germany. Dr. Georg F. Schröder, LL.M. represents the firm in the network. He has practised data protection law for more than 20 years, is the author of the standard works “Datenschutzrecht für die Praxis” and “Softwareverträge” published by C. H. Beck, and previously headed the data protection practice of a major law firm. Through the network, legal data publishes articles on the practice of German authorities, most recently on the rising number of data subject requests at the supervisory authorities.
